We offer free shipping on most of our Australian domestic orders. For our larger items, such as those listed under “Antique Furniture”, please contact us for a quote at either:

Returns Policy

We can offer an exchange or store credit note on all items if returned in the same condition they were sold within 14 days of purchase or 5 days of receipt. Gilty is not responsible for the costs associated with the return of an item.

In the unlikely event that any of our items have a major fault or if they don’t match up to the description of goods purchased, we will offer a refund or repair or exchange or store credit note. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of the goods.

FAQs

  • Gilty ships to you using Australia Post or Pack & Send. Depending on where you live your order should reach you within 3 – 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once dispatched from our store.

  • For international shipping, please contact us directly for a quote.

  • International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.

    Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Gilty in order to receive a refund.

    Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on taxes, duties and regulations.

  • Due to the varying size of our products, we unfortunately can not ship to PO boxes and Parcel lockers.
